The room was spacious and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable retreat in the heart of the Gold Coast neighborhood. the front office staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from arranging dinner reservations to prompt ice delivery. The hotel's upscale services, including 24-hour room service and twice-daily maid service, truly elevated our experience. the industrial chic elements and edgy wall art added a unique flair to the contemporary vibe of the hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with top shopping options and dining spots just steps away. Although we couldn't spend the night due to an unexpected incident, the staff at Thompson Chicago, By Hyatt showed exceptional kindness and assistance during our short stay. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, we left with a strong desire to return and fully experience all that this trendsetting hotel has to offer. Look forward to returning in the future!
